We collect:

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and, optionally, address
• Studio information — business name, location, class and pricing details a Studio publishes
• Booking and purchase history — classes booked, packages or memberships purchased, cancellations
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; Wellzos never sees or stores full card numbers
• Technical data — cookies and local storage used to keep you signed in, and basic, non-invasive analytics (page views and a small number of tracked actions like clicking "Start Free Trial") on our marketing site

We use this information to:

• Operate the scheduling, booking, and payment features of Wellzos
• Send booking confirmations, receipts, reminders, and account emails
• Let Studios manage their own class rosters and customer relationships
• Maintain account security and prevent misuse of the platform
• Understand how our marketing site is used so we can improve it

We never sell personal information.

We share information only where it's needed to run the service:

• Stripe — processes payments; a Customer's payment details go directly to Stripe and the Studio's connected Stripe account, not through Wellzos's own servers
• Amazon SES — sends transactional emails on our behalf (bookings, receipts, password resets)
• Vercel — hosts Wellzos and provides basic, privacy-conscious website analytics
• The Studio you book with — a Customer's booking and contact information is visible to the specific Studio they're booking classes with, so that Studio can manage their schedule and communicate with their own customers

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wellzos, our users, or the public.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and hashed passwords — to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data protected and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

You can review and update your account information at any time from your account settings. To request deletion of your account or personal information, contact us using the details below — Studios may need to retain certain booking records for their own legal or accounting purposes even after a Customer's account is deleted.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries required to keep you signed in, including across the embedded booking widget on a Studio's own website. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party ad tracking.

Wellzos accounts are not intended for children under 16. A parent or guardian may book a class on behalf of a minor through their own account, as arranged directly with the Studio.

Wellzos is operated from Canada. If you're located elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada, and possibly other countries where our service providers (like Stripe, AWS, and Vercel) operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
